Field radio Y, then G. Each man’s kit beside yours: hand things over (E one, R the stack) when he’s within 5 m.
What a man carries is what he fights with: his best gun he has rounds for, then his club, then his fists. Rounds come out of his kit as he fires; a vest or helmet he wears protects him; badly hurt, he uses his own bandage.
Along the top, the formation’s four places, 1 · Leader first. Click two to swap: you can walk in any of them and let a man lead. Or leave it on Automatic.

Walking together
The formation faces the way you face, but only turns when you walk forward. Turn round to look at them, back up or step aside, and they stay where they are.
When it does turn, each man takes the nearest free place instead of crossing over to his old one.
Delta as ARMA 2 has it: three columns behind the leader, the outside two 2.5 m to either side and 2.5 m further back.
The Formation page on the field radio is only under Everyone.
